The founder - Tiffany Kwong
Tiffany Kwong is the founder of Youth Careers Collective. She is passionate about helping young people in WA explore career paths beyond traditional expectations. Through interviews, real stories, and hands-on opportunities, she, along with the collective, aims to connect students with diverse industries and inspire them to find a path that truly excites them.
The mission
Our mission is to bridge the gap between education and the real world, giving young people the insights and connections they need to step confidently into their future careers. Youth Careers Collective is an organisation created by a WA student, for WA students.
WHY?
We believe that young people often make their career choices based off limited information provided at school - we aim to change that. WA’s youth should be provided the opportunity to make informed decisions about their career that will shape the rest of their lives.
