Kashmirra first developed an interest in politics during high school, which led her to pursue a double degree in Law and International Business. While studying, she gained practical experience as an Information Officer at Legal Aid WA, where she assisted people seeking family and criminal law advice. This role helped her realise that her interests lay in other areas of law.
During her degree, Kashmirra completed a clerkship with Herbert Smith Freehills, which led to a graduate offer and launched her career in the legal profession.
