She looks after Jacob’s civil infrastructure and defence projects in Australia and New Zealand by recruiting all white collar personnel needed.

As a Compliance Director in Jacobs, Charlea mitigates the risks of any corruption in the business, and she ensures that they have controls in place for any functions. She completed her Master of Business Administration at the University of New Haven. She worked in the restaurant industry for 25 years before joining the Government in a Compliance Role. Charlea joined the Webuild Group in 2016 at the North American subsidiary, Lane Construction Corporation, to ensure the successful integration of the North American business.
